**Returns:**  
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your product if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The wrong item was delivered

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue.

**Refunds:**  
Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

**Non-refundable items:**  
- Final sale or clearance products  
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation

**Lost or stolen packages:**  
We are not responsible for lost shipments marked as "delivered." Please contact your local carrier first.
